Common Inquiries

I know that letting someone else take care of your pet can be nerve-wracking. To make the process a little easier, I’ve put together some of the questions I’m frequently asked. If there’s something I’ve missed, just reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

What locations do you serve?

We offer mobile grooming in Winter Park, FL and most surrounding areas such as Longwood, northern Orlando and Baldwin Park, Casselberry, Altamonte Springs, Winter Springs, and more. We charge a flat-rate mileage fee of anywhere from $5-$8 depending on your location. Any location more than 30 minutes from 32789 (with no highways/tolls) is out of our range.

Do you charge a matting fee?

We do charge a matting fee of anywhere from $5-20 depending on the severity and time it takes to remove the matting. However, you will be told the exact amount before the groom.

Do you offer dematting or spot shaving?

If the matting is minimal and easy to brush out, we offer dematting for an additional $5-20. If it is in a discreet location and can be shaved out, we spot shave the matting. However, it is inhumane to attempt to brush out tight or extensive matting, so pets with large areas of matting will be shaved one even length all over. We never shave a pet without receiving your permission ahead of time.

Do you offer coloring or Asian Fusion grooming?

Yes! We love creative grooming and offer most Asian Fusion styles, as well as hair coloring for dogs. We use a natural, non-toxic dye that is semi permanent. We also offer nail painting for dogs.

Can I stay with my pet while they're being groomed?

Our grooming bus has windows all around, so you are able to see your dog from the outside. While staying inside the bus to watch is sometimes permitted, our pets are often more excitable around their owners, which can make the grooming process more dangerous. Grooms also typically take hours to complete.

Do you offer cat and exotic pet grooming?

Yes! We offer rabbit grooming, cat grooming, and guinea pig grooming. We know it's difficult to find exotic pet grooming in Orlando as people who own exotic pets ourselves. We have extensive experience handling and grooming even the most fearful of animals. Our cat and rabbit grooming service includes mat removal, nail trimming, and sanitary trimming on exotic pets.
